Overview
Join NVIDIA as a Program Management Intern supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training events across the Asia-Pacific region. You’ll help organize bootcamps and hackathons, manage event logistics, and build a community of GPU professionals, gaining hands-on experience in technical program execution and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for hackathons, bootcamps, and community programs across APAC.
- Guide internal and external partners through event planning, timelines, and requirements.
- Lead planning meetings to ensure alignment and smooth execution of events.
- Manage registration, applications, and participant communications.
- Support moderation and event facilitation during online and in-person sessions.
- Collect, manage, and report event data to track impact and outcomes.
- Assist in improving event processes and scaling programs efficiently.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Comfortable handling data, timelines, and detailed event logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
