Overview
This internship places you at the center of Shopee’s Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) operations, working directly with marketplace sellers to keep their businesses running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, resolve issues, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to help sellers grow while ensuring a great fulfilment experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned sellers, resolving questions and issues efficiently.
- Support seller retention and growth by ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Work with operations, finance, product, and account teams to troubleshoot fulfilment challenges.
- Track seller performance metrics and identify trends that impact stock levels and orders.
- Help improve internal processes by flagging gaps and suggesting practical solutions.
- Manage multiple cases, chats, and follow-ups while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Document recurring issues to support long-term operational improvements.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate from any discipline.
- Comfortable communicating clearly with external partners and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Confident using Excel and working with basic data.
