Overview
Join UPS as a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator, where you’ll be the key liaison between customers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, and manage inventory, all while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely support and information
- Process orders, manage backorders, and handle returns in SAP/WMS
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, order processing, and shipping
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining proper documentation
- Perform inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy and integrity
- Document shipping errors and maintain operational reports
- Follow SOPs and comply with warehouse health and safety standards
- Support other operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 3–4 years in contract logistics, 3PL, healthcare, or customer service roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SAP, WMS, MS Office, and order entry systems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and service quality
