Key Responsibilities

Input shipment details accurately to ensure export records are complete and on time
Upload and manage shipment documents in internal systems to support customs processing
Review paperwork for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies
Scan, label, and organize documents to maintain clear and traceable records
Communicate with customers to request outstanding or incorrect documentation
Support daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Assist with audits and reports to improve documentation accuracy and compliance

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level qualification
Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
Able to type efficiently and handle data entry tasks
Willing to work evening shifts, occasional Saturdays, and public holidays when required
Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team
Reliable, detail-focused, and organized
