Overview
Syfe is offering an Operations Internship for students who want hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing digital wealth platform runs its core financial operations. You will work closely with the operations team to support daily processes while learning how technology, controls, and financial workflows come together in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and periodic reviews to ensure accounts are properly set up and maintained
- Process bank deposits and withdrawals accurately to ensure smooth client transactions
- Reconcile cash balances, trades, and investment positions to maintain data accuracy
- Assist in identifying gaps in operational processes and support automation efforts to improve efficiency
- Help maintain operational controls that support accuracy, compliance, and scalability
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and longer-term improvement initiatives
- Contribute to projects that help strengthen Syfe’s operational foundation as the company grows
