This 9-month contract role focuses on creating a great day-to-day office experience for employees in Singapore. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll help shape an environment that supports productivity, inclusion, and culture while ensuring the office runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a well-organized, welcoming office by managing supplies, facilities, and day-to-day needs
Plan and run office events and team activities that strengthen culture and connection
Support inclusion efforts by helping coordinate employee groups and cultural moments
Manage vendors, track office budgets, and improve operational workflows
Work with regional workplace teams to align on standards and best practices
Respond quickly to workplace issues and support office safety and security
Use technology to improve communication, space usage, and employee engagement
Support onboarding activities and office improvement projects

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, or similar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Confident communicator who works well with different teams
Proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems
Interest in using technology or AI tools to work more efficiently
