Overview
This Human Resource internship offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to employee welfare. You will support and contribute to real HR projects, collaborating with the HR and Office Management teams to enhance people management processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Administer internal and external training programs and support in-house learning initiatives
- Maintain HR data, manage leave records, and respond to employee queries on benefits and welfare
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics for internal stakeholders and government submissions
- Prepare HR manuals, policies, and presentations for internal use
- Coordinate office events and support regional meetings or activities
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labour regulations; prior HR internship experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Confident interpersonal skills and ability to engage with multiple management levels
- High sense of confidentiality, initiative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship; longer commitment preferred
