Dive into the dynamic world of digital sales and marketing with the 12-month Digital Banking Apprenticeship at Standard Chartered. Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital acquisition and cross-sell campaigns across various online channels.
· Track, report, and analyze key sales funnel metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition.
· Support the analysis of campaign performance using analytics dashboards to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
· Help coordinate campaign briefs, creative assets, and performance tracking with internal product squads.
· Prepare weekly performance dashboards, reports, and presentation decks for regular business reviews.
· Assist in managing owned media content, such as website banners and personalised client journey elements.
· Contribute to learning summaries and documentation of best practices from campaign analyses.
Requirements
· A recent Polytechnic Diploma graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
· A strong passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision making, and sales performance.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data visualisation.
· A basic understanding of marketing funnels, digital analytics, or CRM tools; familiarity with Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus.
· Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
· Must have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
