As a Culture & Engagement Intern, you’ll support efforts to document CPF’s history and contribute to the development of a dedicated Heritage Corner that honours the organisation’s legacy. This role blends research, storytelling, and project coordination in a meaningful, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather historical documents, artefacts, and visual materials from teams across the organisation
- Build and maintain structured digital records to support long-term archiving and easy retrieval
- Assist in designing a clear and searchable system for cataloguing heritage items
- Contribute ideas and materials to help shape the concept of CPF’s Heritage Corner
- Coordinate with departments to source stories, quotations, and artefacts for display
- Support content creation and communication tasks for culture-related activities
- Prepare basic administrative or project documentation to keep workstreams organised
- Help ensure accuracy and consistency across all records and exhibit materials
Requirements
- Currently studying Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, or a related discipline
- Interested in heritage work, research, culture-building, or internal communications
- Enjoys organising information and working with both digital and physical records
- Comfortable speaking with staff from different teams to gather stories and materials
- Writes and communicates clearly, with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
- Curious, patient, and motivated to support meaningful culture initiatives
