Key Responsibilities
· Assist in building and maintaining a centralised repository for all third-party outsourcing arrangements and governance documentation.
· Support the scheduling and tracking of risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance across operational partnerships.
· Collect, organise, and manage artefacts and evidence required for regulatory and internal risk reviews.
· Apply data analytics techniques to consolidate and analyse patterns in client complaints and service requests.
· Help prepare data visualisations and reports that translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
· Contribute to presentations with recommendations for improving complaints resolution and operational processes.
· Participate in programme learning modules, workshops, and talent assignments as part of your structured development.
Requirements
· A recent Polytechnic Diploma graduate from any discipline, with less than 2 years of formal work experience.
· A keen interest in the banking and finance industry, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
· Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially for documentation and data management.
· Basic experience or a strong aptitude for data analysis, interpretation, and reporting is highly advantageous.
· A proactive learner with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
· Must have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
