Key Responsibilities
· (Rotation 1 & 2 - Role Dependent) Support Relationship Managers with client onboarding, portfolio reviews, and sales coordination to gain frontline banking insights.
· Assist in analyzing client data and generating performance reports to support business decisions and management reviews.
· Contribute to projects aimed at developing or enhancing banking products and value propositions for affluent client segments.
· Help ensure all client interactions and processes adhere to the bank's compliance and operational risk standards.
· Support the central team with data management, operational coordination, and preparing presentation materials for stakeholders.
· Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
· Engage in programme learning modules, workshops, and speaker events as part of your structured development.
Requirements
· A recent Polytechnic Diploma graduate from any discipline, with less than 2 years of formal work experience.
· A strong, demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in banking and finance.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high personal accountability.
· Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· A collaborative team player with strong adaptability and a proactive learning attitude.
· Professional communication skills and the judgement to handle queries with empathy and discretion.
· Must have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
