Overview
Join CapitaLand’s hospitality team as a Guest Service Intern and gain hands-on experience in front office operations within one of Asia’s most established real estate groups. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day guest interactions, learn how hotel operations function behind the scenes, and contribute to creating a smooth and memorable stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily front office activities to ensure smooth operations
- Support check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries, including VIP and group arrivals
- Maintain up-to-date room status information and ensure accurate reporting
- Help manage guest feedback, resolve service concerns, and provide local recommendations
- Monitor service quality and share observations for improving guest experience
- Assist supervisors in implementing operational improvements and service initiatives
- Support adherence to safety, data security, and emergency procedures
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as reports, guest statistics, and team coordination
