Key Responsibilities
- Support daily hotel operations across assigned departments such as front office, guest services, or food & beverage.
- Assist with guest enquiries to ensure smooth arrivals, stays, and departures.
- Help maintain service quality by coordinating with back-of-house teams.
- Observe and participate in operational workflows to understand best-practice hospitality standards.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, reports, and documentation that keep the hotel running efficiently.
- Participate in team briefings and share insights to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold brand values and deliver warm, professional interactions aligned with the hotel’s service philosophy.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Eager to learn about hotel operations and the hospitality industry.
