Overview
Singapore Airlines is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to forecast and manage passenger demand for specific routes and markets. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical and future passenger demand trends to inform revenue management strategies.
- Monitor booking trends and anticipate the effects of events and market changes on demand.
- Plan and implement demand and inventory strategies in collaboration with the revenue management team.
- Compile reports to support performance tracking, pricing decisions, and sales planning.
- Coordinate with overseas sales teams to identify and capture revenue opportunities.
- Oversee flight analysts in managing daily operations related to bookings and flight loads.
- Liaise with reservations and airport teams to meet operational requirements.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects impacting revenue management.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams on system projects and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management, Analytics, or IT is an advantage.
