Overview
Nestlé Singapore is offering a 6-month Product Development Traineeship (GRIT – Graduate Industry Traineeship) in the Nutrition department. This program allows interns to work closely with product innovation and renovation teams, gaining hands-on experience in food science, product formulation, and technology systems development from lab to pilot scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Support product development activities at lab and pilot scales to meet Innovation & Renovation goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and cost targets are met.
- Monitor project progress, flag potential issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Contribute ideas during discussions on food science, technology, and product improvement.
- Prepare simple progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain open communication with the team when priorities or project scopes change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related discipline.
- Strong interest in product development, food innovation, and nutrition.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Good communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
- Male candidates who completed National Service in 2024 or 2025 are encouraged to apply.
