Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering staff in technical analysis and troubleshooting
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Research and recommend solutions to operational challenges
- Collect and interpret data from focus groups and operational systems
- Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop or automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with teams to implement recommended changes and track outcomes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Interest in data analytics and intelligent automation (Power BI, RPA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to work onsite at Tuas, Singapore
