Key Responsibilities
- Rewrite and update SOPs to make processes clearer and easier for teams to follow

- Ensure all updates follow internal standards, naming conventions, and formatting rules
- Track progress to meet project timelines and maintain a steady documentation pipeline
- Suggest improvements that strengthen operational accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining an organized library of updated SOPs and reference materials
Requirements
- Currently studying at the undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic screenshot tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Organized, proactive, and willing to ask questions to clarify processes
- Able to manage your time and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams
