Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations in assigned hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Assist with guest interactions, inquiries, and service requests to uphold W Hotel’s service culture
Help coordinate room, event, or facilities activities to maintain efficiency
Observe and participate in operational procedures, contributing ideas that improve service flow
Work with hotel teams to track guest needs and resolve issues quickly
Learn and apply brand service standards to elevate guest satisfaction
Contribute to internal reports or checklists that keep operations running accurately
Participate in team briefings, shadowing sessions, and operational walkthroughs

Requirements

Must be a current university or college student
Interested in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing environments
Friendly, willing to learn, and open to working in a fast-paced setting
Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams
Comfortable with rotating tasks and adapting to daily operational needs
Positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with guests
