As a Master Data & Business Intelligence Intern, you’ll help maintain core datasets within the ERP system, support analytical reporting, and contribute to improving data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product, vendor, and customer master records in line with data governance policies
- Review, validate, and create new master data entries while resolving discrepancies
- Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplication
- Prepare data upload templates and support periodic batch uploads
- Manage pricing lists, pricing agreements, and updates within the ERP system
- Compile structured datasets for analytics and internal/external reporting
- Prepare BI reports on revenue, product trends, customer segments, and performance indicators
- Gather consumer research, competitor insights, and industry information
- Validate data accuracy and improve reporting quality with actionable insights
- Maintain distribution agreements and support contract reviews with the legal team
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve turnaround time, and optimize workflows
- Contribute to key projects, including data-related testing and cross-team collaboration
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data structuring
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
