Key Responsibilities
- Support engineers in refining processes for new media designs and production methods
- Use Python, MATLAB, and similar tools to analyze data and recommend improvements
- Assist in investigating failures to uncover root causes and strengthen yield
- Participate in optimization projects that improve equipment effectiveness and reduce costs
- Help validate new methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate technical findings clearly

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable with programming tools such as Python, MATLAB, or SQL
- Interested in process optimization and data-driven problem solving
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage technical tasks responsibly
- Enjoys teamwork and communicating ideas with different groups
- Ready to take initiative in an evolving, technical environment
- Able to commit to a full-time internship during the semester (Jan–May/Jul)
