Join Capgemini’s innovation hub in Singapore for a hands-on, six-month internship at the Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) and Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE). You’ll work alongside strategists, designers, and technologists who help global clients rethink services and build future-ready solutions. This role places you in a fast-moving space where ideas turn into prototypes and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Help plan and deliver AIE innovation sessions using design thinking and tech insights
Turn ideas into visual outputs such as wireframes, journey maps, and concept sketches
Research technology trends, startups, and new digital applications to support project direction
Develop use cases and narratives that explain opportunities to clients
Assist in curating innovation showcases and immersive client experiences
Support ASE co-creation workshops, contributing to facilitation and design materials
Help prepare workshop tools, documentation, and follow-up deliverables
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of engagements

Requirements

Currently studying in a relevant degree (design, tech, business, humanities, etc.)
Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating clearly
Willing to learn, ask questions, and work closely with a team
Curious about innovation, user-centric design, and emerging technologies
Able to use design or prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, or similar
Bonus: interest or experience in video editing or multimedia creation
