Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Velocity platform with clear instructions and visuals

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system workflows
- Support project timelines by delivering completed documentation on schedule

Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, including screenshots and basic formatting
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
