Key Responsibilities
- Support daily processing of market transactions to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Verify trade details and resolve discrepancies to minimise operational risk
- Work with multiple internal teams to maintain smooth end-to-end trade flows
- Contribute to process reviews and suggest improvements for efficiency
- Assist in preparing operational reports that help teams make informed decisions
- Monitor transaction exceptions and follow up to close outstanding issues
- Help document updated procedures and workflows for team reference
- Participate in small projects that streamline operations or enhance system usage
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic diploma program
- Comfortable working with numbers and following structured processes
