Overview
This 12-month Priority Banking Apprenticeship gives Polytechnic graduates a front-row view of how wealth and retail banking operates. Through two rotations, you’ll work closely with teams that support affluent clients, learning how frontline sales, client management, and business strategy come together to shape the bank’s premium banking experience.

Requirements
- Polytechnic graduates from any diploma field with under two years of work experience.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership.
- Interest in wealth management, banking operations, or client servicing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills and ability to handle queries with empathy.
- Must have permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
