Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational procurement tasks and processes
- Assist in onboarding new vendors across global entities (excluding China)
- Serve as a system resource for MS Dynamics, coaching users on PR raising and goods receipt (GR) processes
- Guide users in raising non-PO requests using Power Platform
- Support sourcing projects and procurement improvement initiatives
- Participate in local and global procurement projects to drive efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in tasks
- Prior internship or work experience in procurement or related areas is a plus
