Key Responsibilities
- Drive the annual risk assessment process by coordinating with affiliates, consolidating responses, and preparing executive summaries with recommendations
- Assist the legal team with daily operations, including contract reviews, legal research, and compliance support
- Help implement guidelines, policies, and initiatives, including data protection and compliance programs
- Support the legal team in conducting relevant training sessions
- Maintain and organise contracts, documents, and other administrative records
- Collaborate with colleagues across APAC to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a law-related programme (diploma or degree)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting across all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team
- Organised, detail-oriented, curious, and analytical
- Comfortable using IT systems and software, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office
