Overview
Join #TeamCPF as a Data & Customer Experience Intern and support initiatives that enhance the Customer Contact Centre’s operations. You’ll analyse customer interactions, develop insights dashboards, and help improve service delivery for over 4 million members, all while gaining hands-on experience in data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer interactions, feedback trends, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform management decisions
- Conduct detailed performance analysis on call centre metrics and customer satisfaction scores
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical formats
- Support data collection, quality assurance, and business intelligence processes
- Research and apply analytical best practices, data tools, and visualisation techniques
- Assist in creating automated reporting solutions to streamline operations
- Maintain and enhance AI tools for training customer service agents
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Interest or familiarity with NextJS (React), Node.js, Bootstrap, WebSockets, RESTful APIs, SwaggerUI, Express.js
- Strong interest in data and analytics with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills in writing and speaking
- Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative
- Curious and motivated to learn new tools and approaches
