Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of leadership and management development sessions
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, including awards, onboarding, and town halls
- Help prepare and distribute internal communications and newsletters
- Manage logistics and procurement for events and employee initiatives
- Track participation, gather feedback, and support reporting on program effectiveness
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve learning programs and employee engagement strategies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR Management, or a related field
- Interest in financial services, employee engagement, and internal communications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative
