Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging multimedia content for internal communication channels and campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing communication strategies for events and employee initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create materials that support company programs
- Support ongoing projects in Infineon’s Backend Manufacturing operations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance engagement and internal messaging
- Manage and update communication assets, ensuring consistency and quality
- Apply creative and writing skills to editorial, social media, and brand activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong writing, copyediting, and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in graphic design, photography, or videography
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in school or corporate communications is a plus
