Role Overview
As a Strategic Communications Intern, you will support internal and strategic communication initiatives, helping craft compelling narratives, manage messaging, and contribute to projects that advance Schneider Electric’s sustainability and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication Support: Assist in developing and executing communication plans for strategic initiatives and sustainability programs. Draft internal content for newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership updates.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging and clear content for internal audiences, ensuring alignment with brand values and DEI principles.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market and business research to inform strategic messaging. Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve internal communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field).
- Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills; able to deliver presentations effectively.
- Interest in strategy and sustainability topics.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Teamwork mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities; empathetic and able to collaborate effectively.
