Join Singtel Singapore as a Communications & Engagement Intern within the Rewards and Well-being team. You’ll help drive initiatives that promote employee wellness and engagement across the company. This internship provides hands-on experience in planning communications, organizing events, and supporting HR programs that enhance workplace health and happiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Review research or reports to support team initiatives.
- Help with submissions for internal awards and recognition programs.
- Provide general support to the Rewards and Well-being team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in HR, Marketing, or Mass Communications.
- Proficient in Canva for content creation.
- Knowledge of CapCut or other video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Passionate about employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
