*Key Responsibilities*

- Translate customer pain points into solution briefs, collaborating with product experts to refine positioning.
- Support sales executives in deal discussions, preparing concise decks and technical overviews.
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of community events, from concept brainstorming to post‑event reporting.
- Maintain and enrich the CRM pipeline, ensuring data hygiene and timely follow‑through.
- Draft customer‑success playbooks, tutorials, and onboarding guides that accelerate product adoption.

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers.
- Curious about technology and able to discuss both business value and technical details.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail.
