- Help streamline support workflows and update knowledge‑base articles.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of any bachelor’s program.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written communication.
- Quick learner comfortable mastering product details.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to own customer issues.
- Prior customer‑service experience is a plus.
