As an Interior Design Intern, you’ll join a collaborative team that shapes spaces across healthcare, hospitality, transport, aviation, and other major sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Support interior designers in developing design concepts, layouts, and material selections for ongoing client projects.
- Assist with preparing drawings, presentations, and documentation to communicate design intent to internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Conduct research on trends, products, sustainability materials, and user experience considerations to inform design proposals.
- Participate in team discussions and design reviews, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Help coordinate project tasks, organise files, and ensure deliverables are updated and accurate throughout the design process.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in spatial design, materials, and creating functional, human-centred environments.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite) or willing to learn quickly.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to communicate design ideas clearly through sketches or visuals.
- A collaborative mindset—comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across a fast-paced studio environment.
