Key Responsibilities
- Create and update employee records in HR systems to support onboarding.
- Prepare HR letters and documents across the employment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support process enhancements and automation initiatives to elevate employee experience.
- Produce operational dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Address queries from People Partners and other departments.
- Provide day-to-day support on HR operations tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Able to commit from January to June 2026.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Familiar with basic MS Office tools.
- Keen learner with an interest in HR operations and process optimisation.
