Overview
Allianz Singapore is offering a 12-month Operations Apprenticeship designed to nurture future leaders in one of the world’s most trusted insurance and asset management groups. As part of the Regional Operations team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to resilience, risk management, and operational coordination across multiple business units. This programme begins in mid-April 2026 and gives fresh polytechnic graduates the chance to contribute to real regional projects while developing professionally.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support initiatives that strengthen Allianz’s operational resilience and governance frameworks across Asia. During the programme, you will:
- Contribute to risk and resilience activities, including incident coordination, business continuity, crisis management, physical security, and third-party risk oversight
- Assist with regional Ops initiatives, global safeguarding programmes, and cross-market coordination
- Participate in a year-long sustainability project, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership
- Rotate through key Ops departments—Organizational Management, Customer Experience, Ops Transformation and Sustainability—to gain broad functional exposure
- Join a mentorship track led by the Regional Head of Operations & Customer Experience
What You’ll Learn
You’ll build a strong foundation in operational governance, risk processes, stakeholder communication, and regional project management—skills highly valued in corporate operations and financial services.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent polytechnic graduate (2024–2026)
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive in contributing ideas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment
- AI literacy (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus
