Join the Network & Endpoint Services Department at CPF Board and get hands-on experience supporting the systems that keep Singapore’s national savings infrastructure running smoothly. As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) intern, you will help integrate new applications, streamline access processes, and strengthen the Board’s cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

Support IAM engineers in integrating new internal applications with APIs and directory services
Build and test simple plugins or scripts to extend platform capabilities
Assist with user requirement discussions and translate needs into clear technical tasks
Troubleshoot access, connector, and configuration issues to maintain seamless system operations
Help document workflows, solutions, and integration steps for future reference
Research emerging IAM technologies and propose improvements for internal adoption
Participate in sprint activities, issue tracking and task coordination using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
Some experience with programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, or Linux scripting)
Basic understanding of APIs, LDAP, or web services is useful but not required
Comfortable learning new tools, troubleshooting, and experimenting independently
Able to explain technical concepts clearly and work well with others
