Overview
Join the Network & Endpoint Services Department at CPF Board and get hands-on experience supporting the systems that keep Singapore’s national savings infrastructure running smoothly. As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) intern, you will help integrate new applications, streamline access processes, and strengthen the Board’s cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities
- Support IAM engineers in integrating new internal applications with APIs and directory services
- Build and test simple plugins or scripts to extend platform capabilities
- Assist with user requirement discussions and translate needs into clear technical tasks
- Troubleshoot access, connector, and configuration issues to maintain seamless system operations
- Help document workflows, solutions, and integration steps for future reference
- Research emerging IAM technologies and propose improvements for internal adoption
- Participate in sprint activities, issue tracking and task coordination using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Some experience with programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, or Linux scripting)
- Basic understanding of APIs, LDAP, or web services is useful but not required
- Comfortable learning new tools, troubleshooting, and experimenting independently
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly and work well with others
