Overview
Join EY’s People Consulting (PC) team and gain hands-on experience helping organizations transform their workforce and HR functions. As an intern, you’ll support projects that improve organizational design, leadership, workforce capabilities, and change management, while working alongside a global, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives
- Support the delivery of human capital strategies and workforce optimization programs
- Help business leaders with organization restructuring, workforce planning, and competency modelling
- Contribute to performance management, reward programs, and HR process improvement initiatives
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients
- Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and client-service mindset
- Interest in HR, organizational transformation, or people consulting
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to a full-time internship of at least 10 weeks, from May to July 2026
