As an intern, you’ll support transformative projects that improve HR functions, organizational design, and employee experience, while working with global teams and diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives
- Assist with workforce optimization, human capital strategy, and HR transformation projects
- Help business leaders with organization restructuring, workforce planning, and competency modelling
- Contribute to performance management, reward strategies, and HR process improvements
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights for client recommendations
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in organizational transformation, HR, or people consulting
- Demonstrated leadership potential and client-service mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Available for a full-time internship of at least 10 weeks from May–July 2026
