Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects and facility initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare and track property work requisitions to keep workflow organized and timely
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify completed works and identify follow-up actions
- Assist with SAP SES submissions to maintain accurate digital records
- Carry out general premise checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Maintain documentation and assist with administrative tasks for asset and facility activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate minor works and project updates
