Overview
Join L’Oréal’s Regional Media team as a Graduate Trainee for a 12-month program where you’ll gain hands-on experience managing media data, reporting, and campaigns across the SAPMENA region (South Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa). You’ll work closely with local markets and cross-functional teams, supporting media strategy and insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and document quarterly media inflation to support budget planning
- Assist with One Media Tech adoption and provide data support for local markets
- Co-create agendas and materials for Monthly SAPMENA Media Meetings
- Support rollout of Paid Media Share of Voice (SOV) projects, including onboarding markets and troubleshooting dashboards
- Coordinate and contribute to L’Oréal SAPMENA corporate campaigns, including presentations to stakeholders
- Prepare quarterly reporting for FBB, e-retailers, age targeting, boosted advocacy, and frequency control
- Collect and analyse baseline asset data to support media impact studies
- Identify patterns in data and provide actionable insights to improve media campaigns
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clear communication
- Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
- Positive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with media analytics or marketing data is a plus
