Overview
Join SAP Labs Singapore as a Strategy & Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the planning and execution of initiatives across the Asia region. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in refreshing strategy initiatives for multiple SAP Labs locations in Asia
- Support operational planning, including quarterly reviews and fiscal tracking
- Analyze business and operational data to produce actionable insights
- Help develop and execute communications strategies across the region
- Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and executive visits
- Support onboarding and engagement programs with universities and external partners
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation and reports to support decision-making
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Able to commit 3–6 months full-time
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience in university clubs or projects is a plus
