Overview
Climba Gym is looking for an energetic Gym Operations & Management Intern to support the daily running of Singapore’s highest-rated bouldering gym in the CBD. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth visitor experience, assist with facility upkeep, and contribute to community-building initiatives. This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys an active environment and wants exposure to both operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming and smooth check-in process
- Support the upkeep of climbing areas, equipment, and communal spaces
- Monitor gym usage and help maintain safe, organised climbing zones
- Engage with members and visitors to provide guidance and answer questions
- Assist with marketing tasks such as taking photos, creating simple content, or supporting events
- Track inventory, restock supplies, and report operational needs to the team
- Help coordinate small-scale activities or community sessions to enhance member experience
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager when required
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Interested in climbing, fitness, or sports environments (no experience required)
- Able to stay organised and handle routine tasks independently
- Enjoys hands-on work and being on the move
- Ready to commit to at least 3 months
- Bonus: experience in customer service, events, or sports operations
