Key Responsibilities (Rotational Training)
- Front Office: Manage guest arrival and departure processes (check-in/out), handle all payment transactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.3
- F&B Service: Support dining supervisors with administrative duties, manage guest seating, execute accurate order-taking, and maintain strict service and cleanliness standards.
- Reservations: Ensure accurate data entry and detail verification for all bookings, provide complete information to guests, and coordinate effectively with the Front Office team.4
- Housekeeping: Assist with daily departmental coordination, help manage inventory of supplies, coordinate uniform logistics, and support essential security and sustainability initiatives.5
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks, attend internal meetings, and support operational projects across all assigned departments.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain excellent service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently, often requiring fast decision-making under pressure.6
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrates strong fluency in English for clear communication; proficiency in an additional language or Opera PMS is a plus.
- Exhibits demonstrated leadership potential and strong teamwork skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of effective multitasking.
- Flexibility to work full-time (5-day week) with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.7
