Overview

Join HBA’s world-renowned hospitality design team and immerse yourself in the creative process behind luxury interiors. As a Design Intern, you’ll collaborate with seasoned designers, contribute ideas, and work directly on real client projects from day one. This role offers an inside look at how global design concepts come to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm and support early-stage design concepts for new projects
Contribute creative ideas and assist senior designers during reviews
Support space planning, FF&E research, and material sourcing
Produce technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation decks
Assist with renderings and design documentation to move projects forward
Help prepare layouts, boards, and visuals for internal and client presentations

Requirements

Studying or recently graduated from Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Comfortable using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and at least one 3D tool (3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, etc.)
Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn from industry experts
Able to collaborate well in a fast-paced, team-based design studio
Strong visual communication and design storytelling skills
