Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing IT controls, including access management, system configurations, and change management
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies, IT risk management tools, and governance processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Conduct assessments and provide documentation to support compliance audits and certifications
- Assist in monitoring IT systems for compliance risks and identifying areas for improvement
- Help maintain accurate records of compliance initiatives and findings
- Participate in ad hoc projects that enhance IT security and operational integrity
Requirements
- Final-year or penultimate-year student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, application/data security, and CI/CD or containerization security
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Full-time commitment preferred; part-time interns with at least 3 working days per week are welcome
- Basic familiarity with IT systems, networking, or cybersecurity tools is a plus
