Sanofi MODULUS Singapore is offering a Biotechnologist Intern role in Manufacturing, providing an immersive experience in a cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility. You’ll contribute to core GMP operations across upstream, downstream, and central manufacturing services, gaining hands-on exposure to biologics production while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine GMP manufacturing operations following process, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas according to standard procedures
- Support commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness of manufacturing equipment
- Assist in documenting procedures, risk assessments, and audit preparations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Record manufacturing activities using digital platforms and automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production runs
- Follow safety protocols and laboratory best practices during all operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong interest in biologics manufacturing and GMP operations
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and biotech processes
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing systems (MES, ERP) is a plus
