Overview
Dell Technologies runs one of the world’s most advanced supply chains, known for speed, precision, and innovation. As a Graduate Intern with the Global Supply Chain Nerve Center team, you’ll support the daily operations behind Dell’s end-to-end global network—from manufacturing and planning to customer delivery. This internship gives you hands-on experience with real supply chain metrics, digital transformation projects, and cross-functional collaboration at global scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily actions required to meet key supply chain performance targets
- Analyse operational data and identify patterns, risks, or disruptions
- Collaborate with global teams across factories, procurement, engineering, IT, and logistics
- Provide visibility into supply chain health through dashboards and regular updates
- Support decision-making by summarising insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Conduct research on industry practices, technologies, and benchmarks
- Assist in projects related to automation, analytics, and digital transformation
- Adapt processes or solutions based on operational feedback
Requirements (Essential)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinker who can interpret data and spot trends
- Comfortable conducting research and synthesising findings into insights
- Interest in supply chain, operations, and digital transformation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (8/10+)
- Exposure to analytics tools like SQL, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot
Desirable
- Basic understanding of core supply chain functions
- Coding knowledge in Python, R, .NET, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals
