Responsibilities
- Assist with statistical analysis, data modeling, and special projects.
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple industry research databases, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and visualizations.
- Support governance of dashboard user access by managing permissions, user lists, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
- Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in real estate fund management and investment management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
