About the Opportunity
This internship places you directly within NTUC Health’s Product Development team, working alongside data engineers and analysts in the Data Product squad. As part of NTUC Nexus’ broader tech community, you’ll be contributing to meaningful, high-impact projects that support NTUC’s social mission. You'll work in a cloud-based analytics environment and collaborate with business teams to leverage data for better decision-making and service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with business users, data engineers and product teams to understand NTUC Health’s data landscape
- Assemble and manage large, complex datasets using SQL and Python
- Support development of analytics products, including key reporting dashboards and automated insights
- Collaborate with the project team to implement end-to-end data solutions
- Help integrate data findings into real business processes for operational improvements
Requirements
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Experience with BigQuery or PostgreSQL is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Looker Studio is advantageous
- Strong foundation in data processing and analytics with Python
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders; stakeholder management experience is a plus
